Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Genie accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unused ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags, protective elements, and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact jeanie@genie-couture.com within the return window. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Final Sale
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for review, please include your name, order number, and clear images of the issue.
All orders are tracked upon delivery; we recommend inspecting your item promptly upon receipt.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Genie is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
