U.S. Shipping

Genie offers complimentary ground shipping within the United States on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our New York City studio. Standard delivery typically occurs within 2–8 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that certain pieces are offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis and may have extended production and delivery timelines. Estimated shipping dates are listed within each product description, and customers are encouraged to review individual product pages for specific fulfillment details.

For security, a signature is required on all orders valued over $1,500. All shipments are insured once they leave our studio.

Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be amended.

While Genie is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, we take great care in selecting secure shipping methods. If you have specific delivery concerns, please contact us prior to shipment.

International Shipping

Genie offers complimentary standard international shipping on orders over $1,500 USD.

International orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 5–14 business days from shipment.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees, as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable upon delivery.

All international shipments are insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
